« All the five Caspian countries are rather tired of the constant rescheduling of the convention’s signing and are likely to achieve a compromise on the highlights of their agenda at the summit this month”, a dit l’expert. « The sea joins several macro-regions of Eurasia – Near East, Central Asia, South Caucasus and so forth – and some aspects of the progress of the Ciscaspian Region are trans-boundary and global in nature, meaning charting raw commodity transport routes ; therefore, the corresponding co-operation between the coastal countries is a significant factor”, a-t-il dit.
